We have partnered with Tokyo-based Jacom-Hawaii for our online order fulfillment and customer service. We have happily worked with them since 2003.

Order Processing

Please make sure that the billing address provided with your order is up to date. A discrepancy between the credit card number and its billing address can cause a delay in the processing of your order.

Out of Stock Items

Although we make an effort to ensure that all items are readily available or are in production and are scheduled for arrival at our fulfillment center, we occasionally run out of certain products. In this case, we may ship a partial order - we will only bill you for the items that have been shipped. When we ship the remainder of your order, you will be billed separately for that portion. In most cases, you will only be charged once for shipping. However, in some cases you may be charged a pro-rated shipping amount based on the original shipping charge if your order shipped completely the first time.

Time Sensitive Orders

If you order is time-sensitive, please put a note in the comments field of the order form to let us know when you need your order by. If you provide this information but it appears that your items will not be available by the date indicated, we will let you know as soon as possible. You may then choose alternatives or cancel your order, if necessary. 

If only part of your order is available for immediate shipping, we will send those items first. We will then send the remainder of the order as soon as your items are available. You will NOT be charged extra shipping for this. If you prefer to receive your entire order in one shipment, please let us know by adding a comment in the "comments" field of the order form.

Tax

We charge Japan's mandatory consumption tax of 10%. 

Returns and Exchanges


If you want to return an item for a refund, simply ship the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt for a refund. There is no restocking fee. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 60 DAYS after receipt.

Also include the invoice in the box. We recommend returning the merchandise via an insured carrier, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
