Limited Edition: The Jungle Bird Aloha shirt has been in production since the 1980s when it was worn on the popular TV show Magnum PI, which was filmed in Hawaii. The red and black versions are the most well-known because Tom Selleck wore both on the show and they have appeared in other TV shows and movies. In the 1980s, it was also made in a few other colors. In January 2026, for the first time in 4 decades, we have a new limited edition color called "Midnight". The print features the same parrot and leaves of the original design but in a stealthy monochrome style giving it a sophisticated understated style.

SIZING NOTE: Our shirts are generously cut. A good rule of thumb is to wear a size down from the t-shirt size you wear. Or take a button-down shirt that you own and like how it fits. Lay it flat and measure across the chest just under the sleeves. Double that measurement and compare it to our size chart and choose whichever is closest.
